Absolutely love our wagon! We had a bit of an issue when I couldn't figure out how to get the canopy set up(bought the wagon in April, didn't need the canopy until now. May have lost the user manual), but when I messaged the online chat on Saturday, the CEO Craig emailed me right away and walked me through how to get it all set up. The customer service and product is amazing! Thank you so much!
Awesome, from the unit, the customer service all of it! The wagon we got is the living version and we got it for the big thick tires for handling snow and sand. I can't speak for sand yet but on snow this thing is a tank! Nothing can stop it. Smooth operation the whole time. Lighter then I expected but bigger lol. Honestly not great for basic going around but that's not what it's for. Any outing this thing is great. room for coolers and diaper bags under the seat and just a pleasure to use! 100% recommended. When we received it one of the extras we purchased was missing, a quick message and we're taken care of and during christmas as well. Truly top notch!! Well done!
I get lots of compliments its big i can fit 4 kids but the kids are 28-32 lbs and the wheels bend with that weight and very hard to move without bending the wheeels. The push console with the parents console is too heavy for my stanley cup it falls down feom the weight. The more i use it the more i don’t like it
Scam business. They have the worst customer service ever . The owner is rude and doesn’t care about customer service. I have returned their product after seeing their worst quality product , the owner refused to return my money and blocked me from facebook. I’m out of $100 now , hope he can be happy with my $100 .this is my proof of purchase attached and I loved my veer wagon ,you can’t beat quality of veer with your lowclass wagon.
Love our wagon. Super lightweight and maneuverable. Always responds to my questions promptly. Love that there's an option to get a bundle rather than having to buy individual pieces.
We are updating our review due to ongoing dissatisfaction with the customer service we've received. One of the poles for our canopy broke, rendering it unusable. Since early May, we've been in contact with Craig via email, yet we still haven't received the replacement part. Despite our offer to cover the cost and shipping, Craig initially assured us the part was on its way, only to later deny making that promise. We have written proof of him saying that. Living in a hot sunny area, the canopy is crucial for our son's health. After spending nearly $1,000 for this product, this is unacceptable customer service.
