Do not truwt this company. After winning a bid, they only sent half the merchendise and fail resposnd to any email. The person on the phone is of no help either.
You cant be sure of the description, Item might be newer and mentioned as older. Tried Communicating leaving voice messages, email but no one replies. Payment methods are very complicated. You cant pay when you go to pick up. One has to register in someone unverified payment method. What's strange is that the prices are in US dollars and the business is done in Canada. In short shady deals, poor communication and not in line with auction industry.
The items I purchased were just as described. The customer service I have received has been very good! I not only continue to be a part of their auctions on a regular bases but I have now been in communication to actually bring some of my own pieces to 888! Great Job!
About 70$ In shipping fees and charges for a 14$ item. Did not pay the excessive fees and charges. They of course kept my item. Maybe that’s what they mean by re - auctioning unclaimed items.
This auction house is really well run. Once your bid is won they send you an invoice and contact information with a shipping company that is wonderful with customer service as well. They take care of everything and the process is seamless....If you have any problems or any questions they answer emails promptly. I highly recommend doing business with them.
